Sunday – Salmon bowls with air fried salmon bites

Tuesday- BLT sandwiches (or annie’s white shell mac & cheese for the haters)

Toast sourdough bread, spicy mustard on one side, mayo on other, slices of deli turkey, thin slice of cheddar, bacon, slices tomato with salt and pepper, and lettuce

*Soak beans overnight for tomorrow

Monday- rotisserie chicken tacos

Thursday- Breakfast for Dinner(breakfast tacos)

*Make extra bacon for tacos tomorrow

Tortillas, eggs, shredded cheese, bacon, salsa, avocado, Trader Joe’s sweet & hot jalapenos

Favorite homemade salsa:
7 roma tomatoes, halved/ can mild rotel/ half white onion/ seeded halved jalapeno, bunch cilantro, juice lime, sprinkle of salt and cumin
PUT ALL IN FOOD PROCESSOR AND PULSE UNTIL YOU LIKE IT

Friday- pizza and simple arugula salad

Homemade or delivery
(We love Whole Foods pizza dough. let it rise on the counter all day)

Saturday- leftovers or sandwiches
