Sunday- Sheet Pan Ginger-Orange Chicken with Brussels Sprouts

Monday- Bagged Caesar Salad with “fried” chicken

We like the fresh express Caesar supreme salad kit. I add a head of chopped romaine and toss with either the caesar dressing or Trader Joe’s buttermilk ranch. I add some fresh dill and cracked pepper. Cook Chicken filets in air fryer, slice and serve on a big bowl of salad.

Tuesday- Turkey Chili

I double the recipe for lunches or freeze some

additional topping options: jalapenos, chips, avocado, lime

Wednesday- Grilled Steaks, roasted broccoli, sweet potato fries (store bought or homemade)

Thursday- Leftovers or Steak quesadillas with leftover steak

(make or buy pico and/or guac if doing quesadillas)

Friday- pizza/salad or take out

Saturday- breakfast for dinner

Breakfast tacos! – tortillas, eggs, cheese, avocado, bacon or sausage, pico or salsa
