For the skewers I do pineapple chunks, mushrooms, zucchini slice, red bell pepper, and red onion. So yummy!
Favorite chicken marinade: 3 cloves garlic, ½ cup brown sugar, 3T spicy mustard, 1 t each salt and pepper, 6T extra virgin olive oil, ¼ c apple cider vinegar, juice 1 lime, juice ½ lemon
