Meal Ideas Week of 4/13

Well, just as we were getting settled into our Friday meal plans, I’ve had a sudden injury. I hurt my knee playing tennis and am waiting on MRI confirmation, but likely a torn ACL. So for the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing 4 links to recipes I’ve either tried and loved OR have been excited to try. Less helpful than a full plan and grocery list, but hopefully still some help.
