- About 4lb pork shoulder or pork butt
- 2 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Canadian bacon (or other meat of choice for pizza)
- Box of organic olive oil and garlic cous cous
- Pizza Dough
- Buns if doing BBQ pork as a sandwich
